To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 
All original packaging, tags, and dust bags must be included.

How to Request a Return?

Please contact us via Instagram or Facebook to initiate your request.
We will arrange a return shipping company to collect the item.

Important Note

For handling and quality purposes, opening the package in the presence of the courier is not allowed.
